Sketch
A working session with the people who'll use the tool every day. Whiteboard, paper sketches, the messy version. We leave with a clear sense of inputs, outputs and the one or two edge cases that matter.
Wireframe
A clickable wireframe of every screen and state in the app. No styling, no chrome - just the flow, the data, the decisions. You sign off before any real code gets written.
Build
Two-week sprints, weekly demos in your portal. The first thing you click is a working version, not a slide. We tighten it iteration by iteration against real use.

01 Can you build something we couldn’t find off the shelf?
That's exactly when this service exists. If the SaaS market has solved your problem already, we'll point you at it and save you the money. We build the shaped-like-your-business tools that nobody sells because the audience is one company.
02 Do we need the rest of the Systm portal to use this?
For the cleanest experience, yes - custom apps are designed as add-ons inside the portal you already use. If you don't have a portal yet, an early app build often includes a lightweight portal instance scoped to that one tool, with room to grow.
03 How much does a custom app cost?
Small calculators or tracking tools land between $8–25k. Multi-screen, multi-role workflow surfaces (delivery notes, schedulers, inspection systems) run $25–60k. Anything beyond that we’d quote per case after a scoping session.
04 Will it work on phones?
Yes, when the workflow needs it. Delivery notes, inspections, field service apps are designed phone-first. Calculators, dashboards and reporting tools assume desktop unless you tell us otherwise.
05 What happens if we want to change it later?
Two paths. Small changes - copy, fields, validation, new exports - are part of the SLA. Bigger structural changes (new modules, new roles) get scoped as a fresh mini-engagement. The source ships with the build, so your engineers can also make changes in-house if they prefer.
