01 Do you take on small projects?
Yes. We have a "Sprint" engagement (2–4 weeks, single workflow) for teams who want to start narrow and grow from a real result. The minimum is a problem worth solving, not a budget threshold.
02 How quickly can we start?
Most engagements begin within 2–3 weeks of the contract being signed. Bigger programmes that need discovery first usually kick off 4–6 weeks out. We will tell you on the intro call.
03 Do we sign an NDA before the call?
You don’t need to — partners are bound by professional confidentiality by default and we don’t ask for sensitive specifics on intro calls. If your procurement requires one, we sign your standard NDA without revisions in 99% of cases.
04Where is my data during a discovery call?
On the call itself: nowhere — we don’t record. If you share documents to brief us, they sit in a private workspace and are deleted within 30 days unless the engagement proceeds.
